Payload Studio Terms of Service

1. The service

Payload Studio is internal software operated by Payload Company, a one-person video studio in South Korea (not an incorporated company). It manages only the YouTube channels that Payload Company owns: uploading and scheduling our videos, setting thumbnails, playlists, captions and translations, replying to comments on our videos, and reviewing our own statistics.

2. Who may use it

Only Payload Company and people it expressly authorizes may use Payload Studio. It is not offered to the public, and no outside accounts may be connected to it.

3. YouTube Terms of Service

Payload Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using Payload Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) also applies.

4. Privacy

How Payload Studio accesses, uses, stores and deletes information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Use Payload Studio only for channels owned by Payload Company.
• Do not use it to upload content that breaks the YouTube Community Guidelines, to send spam, or to get around YouTube's limits or restrictions.
• Content uploaded through Payload Studio must be content Payload Company has the right to publish.

6. No warranty

Payload Studio is provided as is, for internal use. Payload Company does not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Revoking access

Access granted to Payload Studio can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Questions: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
